Broadband speeds down in US

My friends at ReadWriteWeb speculate that it’s because of the recession. Could be. If so, that means the US economy is a lot worse than she thought. You’d have to be pretty desperate to scale down from broadband to dialup. Those NetZero commercials couldn’t be having that much effect, could they?
